Roberto Vicario is the Head Chef and Managing Director of AQUA Forte. From a young boy preparing pasta with his family at home to creating masterpieces in his own restaurant, Roberto found his true passion in cooking after years dedicated to the oil and gas industry as an Engineer.
After living and travelling around the world, Roberto headed back to Italy to refine his culinary skills and complete his formal education in Italian cooking, bread baking and pastry creation. Combining innovation and tradition, he now prepares the best Italian dishes at AQUA Forte.
